At SEVA Trust, we are committed to rescuing animals and providing them with the care they need. We deeply value the trust and support of our donors and strive to ensure complete transparency in our fundraising efforts.
- Donations:
- Donations made to SEVA Trust are non-refundable. These funds are immediately allocated to support ongoing and planned initiatives, including medical care, food, shelter construction, and other operational costs for rescued animals.
- Special Campaigns or Events:
- For donations made towards specific campaigns or events, SEVA Trust ensures that the funds are utilized exclusively for the stated purpose. If the campaign cannot proceed as planned, SEVA Trust will communicate alternative plans or initiatives where the funds will be directed.
- Errors in Transactions:
- If a donation was made in error (e.g., incorrect amount or duplicate transaction), please notify us within 7 days of the transaction at seva.animals@gmail.com. Refunds for such cases will be processed after verification, within 7 days and at the discretion of SEVA Trust. Refunds will be credited within 7 days to the original source of payments.
- 80G Tax Exemption on Donations:
- All donations made to SEVA Trust are eligible for tax exemption under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act. Donors will receive the necessary documentation to claim tax benefits under 80G.
- Transparency and Accountability:
- SEVA Trust is committed to using all donations responsibly to further our mission of animal welfare. Donors are encouraged to reach out for any concerns or clarifications regarding the use of funds.
